13.4 Severability of Class Action Waiver. If the class action waiver in Section 13.3 is found unenforceable as to a particular claim or dispute, that specific claim or dispute shall proceed in court rather than arbitration, and the remainder of this arbitration provision shall remain in effect.

14. GENERAL PROVISIONS

14.1 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and other referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and Summit Media LLC.

14.2 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

14.3 Waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

14.4 Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.

14.5 No Partnership. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between you and Summit Media LLC.
